Come and join me for a relaxing 35-minute journey along the historic Forth & Clyde Canal.
In this video, we are travelling on board the Forth & Clyde Canal Society’s boat, Voyager. Our journey begins and ends after the beautiful Ruchill section of the canal in North Glasgow—a truly lush, traffic-free green corridor that feels like a world away from the city.
We also pass by the impressive Stockingfield Bridge during our trip. It’s a perfect example of ‘Slow TV’—sit back, turn up the volume, and enjoy the scenery as we glide through this unique landscape in the West of Scotland.
Along the way, keep an eye out for the local wildlife—I was lucky enough to spot some beautiful Moorhens enjoying the canal as well!
